One of our trained surveyors will come to your property to assess your belongings, including any unusual items. He/she will explain our range of packing services and storage facilities. Within 24 hours we will send you a comprehensive email, and a written quotation will be posted to you, detailing your exact requirements and timescales.

Each Harradines client has a move co-ordinator, usually a foreman, who is their single point of contact for all things related to the move. They will arrive with the packing staff to introduce the uniformed crew, and keep you informed about how the move is progressing, especially about any items which require special attention.

While your belongings are being transported to the new property and/or Harradines' secure storage, they are covered by Harradines' comprehensive insurance.

At your new property, our trained crew will unpack the vans, put boxes in designated rooms, reassemble your furniture and lay it out as desired.

A few days after the move we will contact you to check that all went well with the move and to arrange to collect the boxes.
