What size storage units are available?
As part of our aim to provide the most comprehensive, efficient storage service possible, here at Harradines we offer 250 cf industry standard containers so there is plenty of space to fit your belongings. Furthermore, all of our units are clean and temperature controlled, ensuring even the most sensitive items are kept in the exact same condition as when they arrive.
What access can I have to my container?
If you have a containerised storage unit with us, you will need to arrange an appointment with our storage staff to access the unit. This improves security levels within the facility as it ensures only staff and owners of the units are in the premises.
Do I have a key to my storage unit?
Unlike self-storage, owners of containerised storage units will not have their own key.
What are the minimum and maximum storage periods?
As a convenient, flexible storage option, there is no minimum or maximum storage period for our customers, so you can store your belongings with us for a little or as long as you wish.
How much notice should I give when I no longer need the container?
There is no long term commitment when you rent a unit from us, so no notice is required if you no longer need the container.
What can I store in the containers?

It’s worth noting that we do not allow perishables, paints or gas bottles to be stored with us, and we will carry out a thorough inventory of your items before they are put in the unit.
Are my stored goods insured or should I insure them myself?
